Module 1.2 - Discipline

Congratulations! You made it to the next module chapter!

You just learned that discipline is the answer. I was in that scenario you just had to imagine and chances are high that you were (or even are at the moment) aswell, but in my case, I didn’t watch Tiktok or get back to sleep. I have never downloaded Tiktok in my entire life (and I won’t) and I didn’t get back to sleep, because personally, when I was awake, I couldn’t get back to sleep that easily. Sounds not too bad at first, but I didn’t have any energy nor the will to get out of bed too. So I didn’t get out of bed, for which I didn’t even know a reason to – I didn’t know my why – , and I didn’t go back to sleep. I watched Youtube videos or played video games like Clash Royale for hours before I got up. That made me feel productive, because there are so many videos and informations on the internet to make you feel smarter than before, but these informations are completely unnecessary knowledge, filling up your brains capacity with garbage. I mean, why would I need to know how many beans fit into a bathtub??? I just realized that this could be involved in a math question in school. “Calculate how many beans Peter can fit into a bathtub if…”. And don’t get me started with the knowledge the school system is teaching.

 


Feeling productive without actually being productive, which makes you feel better about yourself, is worse than being unproductive and knowing that you are unproductive, which makes you feel worse about yourself.

If you are not focusing, let me repeat that and read it again. That knowledge changed my life drastically positive and I want your life to change drastically positive aswell!
