Self improvements

Module 1.1 - Do you really want it?

First of all, you have to make sure that you have the genuine will to do self improvement. For me it was seeing the benefits…

Nevertheless if you are familiar with self improvement or not, I can ensure you that this has happened to you any other day and I want you to imagine this scenario yourself:

You wake up at 6.30 a.m. from your smartphone alarm clock, which you hate and every time you hear it you get PTSD. You got stuff to do for today and you know that you have stuff to do for today..

But there is one issue – you don’t want to do it. You are “lacking motivation“.

Motivation drives you and keeps you going whatever it takes and it would be so amazing if it was there all the time, bceause motivation makes difficult challenges become easy, which then makes our entire life easy and we can live a long happy life. Apart from that, our brain loves an easy life. The brain loves it when you are in the comfort zone, because it means you are safe and protected from anything harmful, which means surviving and surviving is logically necessary to life.

Motivation sounds like the best, doesn’t it? Actually, it is. But there is one issue – it is inconsistent, because 99% of the time our lizard brain doesn’t want to get up to go to work or go to the gym and instead stay in the comfortable bed. (like I said: The brain loves the comfort zone)

Now, what is the solution to not wanting to get out of bed? For that question, I made up a little quiz for you , but I am not gonna pay you $1.000.000 if you answer correctly… this question is so easy that you should pay me if you get it right!
